Binance has partnered with Mastercard to launch a prepaid rewards card in Brazil for crypto payments.  Binance users will be able to buy goods and pay bills with crypto across Mastercard's network of merchants.  Brazil's congress passed a bill late last year that gives cryptocurrency payments legal status in the country without legal tender status.  Brazil became the second Latin American country next to Argentina to offer this service. The perks of using the prepaid card include 8% cashback and zero fees on ATM withdrawals.  User funds will be converted from crypto to fiat currency in real time during the purchase, subject to a 0.9% fee on the conversion.
