Observability platform Dynatrace unveiled the results of its survey and released the 2023 Global CIO Report.  Dynatrace surveyed 1,300 DevOps and security professionals from large organizations.  More:  88% of CIOs believed the convergence of observability and security practices is crucial for building a DevSecOps culture. 90% also believe AIOps will play a key role in scaling these practices.  More than half, 55%, of the organizations said the most significant challenge to DevOps is security teams not trusting developers.  78% deploy updates into production every 12 hours or less, and 54% deploy once every two hours.  A majority, 90% of the organizations, accelerated their digital transformation in the past 12 months, and organizations plan to increase their automation budget by 35% by 2024.
