Microsoft debuted a new Bing mobile app that features its popular AI chatbot.
On Wednesday, certain users were granted access to the Bing AI beta for iOS and Android. The new mobile app lets users initiate chats to ask questions and interact with the search engine's chatbot from their phones.
The GPT-powered bot can generate answers by text, bullet points, or simplified responses.
- The new app also lets users use their voice to talk to the chatbot, which relies on text-to-speech technology to dictate back the answers. This voice search is also available on the new Bing for desktops.
In addition, people with Bing preview access can try out the new chatbot from Microsoft's new Edge mobile app.
