Spyglass, a tech startup that builds virtual reality (VR) platforms, has developed a limited-time three-part VR experience for the brewery.
The immersive beer-tasting VR Experience is available only to California residents who have a Meta Quest 2 VR headset.
- As part of the VR experience, the Fort Bragg-based brewery sends a four-pack of North Coast Brewing beers, custom coasters, and user access to the Meta Quest app.
- A brewmaster guides the VR tasting of the four beers.
- According to Jennifer Owen at North Coast Brewing, the brewery's goal "is to share the beauty and sounds of our rugged coastline while enjoying delicious craft beer across the Golden State."
