Twitter laid off an additional 200 employees over the weekend, including data scientists and engineers working on machine learning and site reliability.
The company has reduced its workforce to about 2,000 employees, from more than 7,500 employees, since Elon Musk acquired the platform in late October.
Those who lost their jobs included product managers, engineers, and data scientists, including those who specialized in site reliability and ML.
