Yuga Labs may celebrate a small victory in its ongoing legal battle with Ryder Ripps.

The firm reportedly reached a settlement in federal court for the trademark infringement lawsuit.

Ripps accused Yuga Labs of hidden pro-Nazi and racist imagery and said it has Nazi ties in its artwork.
Yuga Labs sued Ripps for infringement last year in a Southern California federal court.
The case has not reached a verdict; Yuga Labs is also suing RR/BAYC's other participants in a separate lawsuit.
