Property technology company Openn North America launched officially in Canada in partnership with CREA.
The partnership introduces offer management software to add transparency to the offer process.
President of Openn, Duncan Anderson, said the offer management software helps Canadians navigate the challenges of the property transaction process through real-time data tracking and feedback.
- It will be available to Realtor.ca users offering buyers and sellers data visibility on property listings.
- Openn claims the platform allows buyers and sellers to track offers in real time and optimize the entire offer and acceptance process.
- Openn said the launch follows a successful pilot program in 2022 in certain Canadian markets.
