Real estate technology and investment company reAlpha announced the acquisition of Rhove.
reAlpha did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.
Columbus-based Rhove, a property investment management platform, received SEC qualification last year to enable individuals to invest in its mobile application, which was dubbed Coinbase for real estate.
- The combined company will operate as reAlpha, and over 5,000 Rhove users will join the reAlpha community.
- reAlpha intends to incorporate Rhove's technology and data to enhance its recently launched fractional ownership platform.
- Rhove's co-founder and CEO, Calvin Cooper, will join reAlpha's Advisory Board.
