By introducing emerging technology to the larger aviation market, YVR aims to accelerate its digital transformation.
The Innovation Hub at YVR, established in 2021, has developed the digital twin of YVR.
- The application makes optimizing, planning, simulating, training, and testing easier by collecting and visualizing data from various sources.
- The digital twin strategically exposes important information in 2D and 3D by incorporating sensors and historical and real-time data into the platform.
- To help the aviation sector achieve net zero emissions by 2030, YVR is working with partners to develop a greenhouse gas calculation model.
