Ingenio has acquired Simple Habit, a meditation app that will be rebranded as Sleep Reset. 

 Simple Habit was founded in 2016 and has received $12.5M in total funding from Y Combinator and Foundation Capital.

Simple Habit has over 5 million users and launched Sleep Reset, a sleep-focused app, last year.

  • Sleep Reset uses a no-pill approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help users improve their sleep.
    • Sleep Reset has generated $155,000 in monthly revenue and is projected to make $1.86M in its first year.
  • Simple Habit will continue as a stand-alone product.
    • It will further add wellness content for Ingenio's global brand footprint.
  • Sleep Reset aims to focus on personalization for different types of sleep problems with input from sleep experts on the team.
