Universal Standard acquired plus-size workwear brand Henning.  The D2C clothing firm is doubling down on its size-inclusivity focus. Henning will be folded into Universal Standard's D2C business. Henning founder Lauren Chan will join Universal Standard as head of brand partnerships. Universal Standard developed its own sizing chart focused on "realistic body types."  The company will include Henning's workwear offering in its 2023 fall collection.
