ChatGPT available again in Italy

ChatGPT is available in Italy again as OpenAI agreed to respect regulator demands.

The country's top regulator authority criticized the company's age verification rules.

OpenAI shut down ChatGPT in Italy last month after the country's data protection authority, Garante, launched a probe over the app's privacy policy.
Garante accused OpenAI of failing to check the age of ChatGPT's users, who are supposed to be aged 13 or above.
OpenAI later said that it would add a tool to verify users' ages in Italy in the sign-up stage.
ChatGPT also added a new form for European Union users who can fill it out to object to the use of their data for AI training models.
