Solo Brands acquired TerraFlame for an undisclosed sum.   The new acquisition, announced on Thursday, will add to Solo Brands' growing portfolio of D2C companies. TerraFlame CEO Lenny Vainberg will become the firm's general manager following its acquisition by Solo Brands. Solo Brands was founded in 2011 as a D2C platform that sold stoves. The company held an IPO in 2021 alongside several other D2C firms, including Allbirds and Olaplex. Solo Brands' net sales rose to $88.2M in Q1, up 7.3% YoY. The firm's wholesale revenue rose 52.3% to $33.5M, while D2C revenue fell 9.1% to $54.8M.
