Conversational AI platform for real estate, EliseAI, raised a $35M Series C round.  Point72 Private Investments led the funding round with participation from Koch Real Estate Investments, Gold Seeds, Navitas Capital, JLL Spark, and DivcoWest.  EliseAI's platform automates conversations between renters and apartment buildings through SMS, email, phone, and webchat for multifamily and single-family property owners.  The platform integrates with existing property software and systems.  EliseAI claims to serve 1.5 million units for over 200 customers, including property owners such as Asset Living, Bozzuto, and Venterra.  The New York-based company intends to use the funding for its product development and expand to new verticals.
