Real estate software provider Yardi announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based CloudVO, an online reseller of virtual offices, meeting rooms, and other workplace services. Financial details of the acquisition were not made public. Yardi's current commercial real estate space listing services include CommercialCafe, CommercialSearch, and PropertyShark. - Yardi claims the listing network generates more than 20,000 monthly leads for property owners and co-working operators it has partnered with.
- According to CloudVO's CEO, Laurent Dhollande, the platform's partners would benefit from better reach, and its customers can take advantage of more options and better choices for their online bookings and purchases.
