U.K.-based mobility-as-a-service startup RideTandem announced it raised a $2.3M round led by Blackfinch Ventures.

 The company works on route planning, data management, and ticket sales for mobility outside major cities.

:

  • The startup works with local transportation providers such as minibuses and taxis to offer commuting services for organizations such as Royal Mail, Lidl, the University of Warwick, and Transport for West Midlands, among others.
  • Other participants in the round included 1818 Venture Capital, FirstMonday VC, Rainmaking Impact, individual investors through the Seedrs platform, and Low Carbon Innovation Fund.
  • The new round brings RideTandem's total raised to $5M.
