Reddick and Stephens Lance Reddick and Toby Stephens joined the cast of Disney+'s series adaptation of the "Percy Jackson" YA fantasy-adventure books.  Reddick will guest star as Zeus in the series, while Stephens will take on the role of Poseidon. The series -- based on books by author Rick Riordan -- centers on a 12-year-old demigod who's coming to terms with his newly-discovered divine powers. Walker Scobell stars as Percy, who is the son of Poseidon and a human mother; the cast also includes Aryan Simhadri, Lea Sava Jeffries, Glynn Turman, Jason Mantzoukas, Megan Mullally, and Timm Sharp. Riordan co-wrote the pilot with Jon Steinberg, who will serve as a showrunner on the series along with his producing partner, Dan Shotz. VARIETY
