A Canadian handyman helped four Nepalese students furnish their home.

Chris Delargy started an online appeal for donations after discovering that the students, who had recently arrived from Nepal, had no furniture.

  • Delargy met two of the students when they arrived at his home in Mount Brydges, Ontario to purchase his car.
  • During a test drive, the students told Delargy that they had traveled from Nepal to study at Lambton College in the nearby city of Sarnia.
  • When he drove the students home, Delargy discovered that they "didn't have any furniture at all."
  • After posting about the students on a local Facebook page, Delargy was able to gather furniture donations for the new arrivals, including a kitchen table and a couch.
