Amazon Web Services (AWS) has shared the itinerary for its AWS 2023 Space Accelerator, which aims to provide emerging startups with cloud-powered solutions to enable sustainability in space and on Earth.
2023 marks the third year of AWS’s Space Accelerator.
- AWS announced that this year’s selected startups would be invited to attend an in-person Demo Day in July, whereas previously, this was held virtually.
- The cloud giant also shared that the 2023 AWS Space Accelerator will be delivered in collaboration with TechConnect, a global research and innovation event and media leader specializing in connecting emerging technologies with unique funding and partnership opportunities.
- The program begins in May and has a duration of four weeks.
- Eligibility requirements state that startups should offer cloud-powered solutions for both government and commercial space missions focusing on sustainability, creativity, and the creative application of AWS technology. The application period is now open and closes on March 6.
