Hoboken, N.J.-based healthcare service provider Vytalize Health secured $100M in fresh funding to advance value-based care for seniors.  Incoming funds will be used to accelerate technology development and increase workforce strength.  Enhanced Healthcare Partners and Monroe Capital led the current funding round, with additional backing from North Coast Ventures. The latest capital infusion brings the firm's total funds raised to date to over $170M.  It last raised $53M in Series B funding in April 2022, led by Enhanced Healthcare Partners.  Vytalize helps primary care organizations build reimbursable value-based programs by providing management platforms, data analytics, remote patient monitoring software, workflow management tools, and clinicians.
