Netflix and The Pokémon Company announced plans for a new stop-motion animated series. "Pokémon Concierge"
marks the first official collaboration between the video game and collectible brand and the streamer.
The new series will center on Haru, a concierge at the Pokémon Resort who must complete a variety of tasks on behalf of Pokémon guests and their human friends.
- The project was announced on "Pokémon Day," commemorating the 17th anniversary of the first video game's release.
- Netflix is already the US home to a number of Pokémon films and series, including "Indigo League," "Mewtwo Strikes Back," and "Journeys: The Series."
