Spain-based Impress has acquired the invisible aligner brand Diamond Whites for $32M.
The latter sells its products in over 60 cities in the U.K.
- Diamond Whites is an e-commerce oral care company that offers products such as:
- Whitening toothpaste,
- PAP gels,
- Ultrasonic cleaners,
- LED lights, etc.
- The company is based in the U.K. and claims to be one of the largest e-commerce oral care companies in the country.
- Diamond White's products have also been sold through retailers such as Tesco and Superdrug.
- The company had previously raised a Seed round in 2020.
- Impress, founded in 2019, was previously backed by investors such as CareCapital, Nickleby Capital, UNIQA Ventures, TA Ventures, and Bynd VCs.
