Superlayer raised $1.3M in pre-seed funding to develop an artificial intelligence-based sales workflow.  The company is building a platform using conversational intelligence to help boost sales.  The pre-seed round is led by Triple Point Ventures and Concept Ventures, with participation from Accel Starters, among others.  Superlayer's platform gives sales teams a virtual AI assistant to boost the sales funnel.  The AI platform can be integrated into the customer's CRM system; the company said it will use the fresh funds to hire additional staff and reach new markets.
