Salesforce's Ireland office will lay off 200 staff members to reduce costs.   The recent staff cuts were part of Salesforce's planned global layoffs. The company plans to reduce 10% of its staff headcount worldwide.  "These are part of the reductions we announced in January," a spokesperson said. Salesforce is not the only tech giant to cut its workforce in Ireland. Companies including Meta, Google, Twitter, Intel, Intercom, and Stripe have also reduced staff headcount in the country. Salesforce is taking drastic measures to reduce cost and staff because "we hired too many people," CEO Marc Benioff said.
