TRAVEL POINT GROUP IS TO DELIVER A GAMING POINT VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) LOUNGE AT PERTH AIRPORT IN AUSTRALIA BY MAY 2023.
Travel Point Group is launching a Gaming Point VR lounge at Perth Airport in Australia by May 2023. The VR lounge will include an immersive VR escape room with a "game master" to guide the users and ensure the game is enjoyable.
Gaming Point will have extended hours to fit the airport's 24-hour flight schedule.
- Travel Point Group is a joint venture between Gaming Point and Concourse, a store design and building specialist.
- Perth airport's Chief Commercial Officer, Rebecca Cook, shared that the airport is excited to add the gaming center to the airport's retail mix.
In March 2022, Turkish Airlines launched a virtual flight simulator to take travelers above Istanbul from the Business Lounge at Istanbul Airport.
