California-based cloud security provider Britive has raised a $20.5M Series B round led by Pelion Venture Partners.
This latest funding round brings the company’s total raised to $36M.
- Britive
launched in 2018 and specializes in a cloud identity and access
management (IAM) platform, which automates multi-cloud privilege
identity management across data, infrastructure, and applications.
- According to the company website,
Britive streamlines cloud migrations, accelerates app development,
enables better compliance, and lowers infrastructure costs.
- The
platform provides real-time visibility into who has access to which
solutions across an entire multi-cloud ecosystem, secrets governance
capabilities, and a permissioning system that grants and revokes
privileges as needed.
- The
company plans to use the fresh funds to invest in new strategies for
customer success, marketing and sales, and product development.
