German fintech Raisin secured €60M ($64.4M) in Series E funding from M&G's Catalyst and an undisclosed investor, with participation from existing backers, including Goldman Sachs.

 


    German fintech Raisin secured €60M ($64.4M) in Series E funding from M&G's Catalyst and an undisclosed investor, with participation from existing backers, including Goldman Sachs. 

    Incoming funds will enable the firm to expand into the U.S. market and increase product offerings. 

    Raisin has raised €263M ($282.6M) in venture funding to date, the last of which came through a €30M ($32.2M) round led by Goldman Sachs in January 2022. 

    • The firm claims it has over 1 million customers and has been profitable for the last six months. 
    • Raisin, which is a savings and investment marketplace for retail investors, reportedly manages €38B ($40.8B) in savings and investments for its clients.
