St. Louis, Missouri-based venture capital firm SixThirty Ventures secured $66M in capital commitments from limited partners towards its third fund.
The new fund will target its investments in fintech, insurance technology, privacy, and digital health startups.
- Limited partners in
the current fund include Edward Jones, Reinsurance Group of America,
Allianz Life Insurance, BNY Mellon, Commerce Bancshares, and Unum Group.
- To date, the firm has backed 100 startups across 15 countries.
- SixThirty claims that half of its investments to date have been in startups led by women or people of color.
- The
firm has already deployed funding from the new fund into startups such
as senior caregiving-focused TCARE, no-code insurance platform CoverGo,
and securities investment platform Sharegain.
