Tim Loch has rejoined Avison Young as its principal, SVP, and head of investment valuation and advisory services in Canada.
Loch is joining Avison Young from rival company Colliers.
Loch has 15 years of experience and will lead a nationwide team of local experts in the appraisal of trophy assets, large-scale portfolio valuation, transaction support, and more.
- At Colliers, Loch served as its executive director and was responsible for valuation and advisory services practices.
