Cloud communications company Bandwidth has unveiled Maestro, a next-generation platform that purports to remove the complexity of cloud migration while optimizing costs and maintaining control over employee communications in the cloud.
The company debuted its latest offering at the Enterprise Connect Conference & Expo.
- Bandwidth Maestro enables enterprises to customize global communications workflows while leveraging CX and AI capabilities, including conversational AI, ML-based fraud detection, and text-to-speech and speech-to-text tools.
- According to the company website, Maestro unifies a hybrid cloud stack’s voice, messaging, and emergency features with Bandwidth’s communication cloud for more streamlined cloud migration.
- The platform offers integrations with Microsoft Teams, Genesys, Zoom, Cisco Webex Calling, as well as E911, and emergency services.
- Bandwidth’s cloud communications solutions are used in more than 60 countries.
