Netflix canceled the comedy-drama series "Sex/Life" after two seasons.
Earlier this month, star Sarah Shahi
discussed her disillusionment with the project, and the lack of support
she received from Netflix and the show's creative team, on the "Not
Skinny But Not Fat" podcast.
- It had been suspected that "Sex/Life" would not return after Shahi accepted a role in a new ABC legal drama pilot, called "Judgement."
- The
series was inspired by the book "44 Chapters About 4 Men" by BB Easto,
and starred Shahi as a housewife who reunites with a man from her past
after growing bored with her routine.
- According to Deadline, "Sex/Life" creator and showrunner Stacy Rukeyser is also already working on a new project.
