Razor Group has raised an €80 million ($88.4 million) Series C funding round.
The round bumped the e-commerce aggregator's valuation to $1.2B from over $1B in November 2021.
- Razor established itself as an aggregator by raising large sums to acquire retailers on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- The aggregator announced yesterday that it acquired Stryze Group in an all-share deal.
- Stryze investor Upper90 took an equity investment in Razor as part of the Series C round.
- Upper90 joined other investors L Catterton, Presight Capital, Blackrock, GFC, LatinLeap, Redalpine, and 468 Capital.
