Razor Group raises $88.4M

 Razor Group has raised an €80 million ($88.4 million) Series C funding round. 

The round bumped the e-commerce aggregator's valuation to $1.2B from over $1B in November 2021.

  • Razor established itself as an aggregator by raising large sums to acquire retailers on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • The aggregator announced yesterday that it acquired Stryze Group in an all-share deal.
  • Stryze investor Upper90 took an equity investment in Razor as part of the Series C round.
  • Upper90 joined other investors L Catterton, Presight Capital, Blackrock, GFC, LatinLeap, Redalpine, and 468 Capital.
