Roku and WWE announced plans for a new reality series, "WWE: Recruits."

 

Roku and WWE announced plans for a new reality series, "WWE: Recruits."  The show will follow a group of aspiring pro wrestlers as they train to become the next generation of WWE superstars. John Cena will produce the eight-episode series and also make on-camera appearances. Other WWE personalities slated to appear on the show include Paul "Triple H" Levesque, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, and Bianca Belaire. Production on the series is already underway, and some content apparently shot at this past weekend's WrestleMania event in Los Angeles. WWE recently revealed plans to merge with UFC owners Endeavor.
