Cushman & Wakefield announced Michelle MacKay would replace John Forrester as the company's CEO.
MacKay is the company's current President and COO.
MacKay has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate and has held senior positions at iStar, UBS, JP Morgan Chase, and HIMCO.
- She was named C&W's COO in 2020, and the role was further expanded to her current position in Jan. 2022.
- Forrester is retiring from the role in June after serving at the company for 35 years. He will remain in the company as a strategic advisor till the end of this year.
- He was made the company's CEO in 2022 to replace Brett White, the current executive chairman of the board.
