Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC and Brookfield India Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) announced they have partnered to acquire commercial properties across India. The move marks the first collaboration between a global institutional investor and a listed REIT in the country. The joint venture will include assets in Mumbai and Gurugram and bundle office properties in their respected Downtowns.
