Zillow launched its ChatGPT plugin that lets users discover real estate listings through a simple conversation.  The plugin is currently in the alpha phase and is available to a select number of ChatGPT users. Users can find properties for sale and rent based on criteria such as location, price range, and bedroom and bathroom count via conversational language on the plugin.  David Bietel, CTO at Zillow Group, said the company understands the potential of leveraging AI and plans to develop more innovative solutions with OpenAI technology.  As the plugin is in the early testing phase, Zillow cautioned the experience might not work as expected. Zillow's other AI-powered features include Zestimate, Zillow Search, 3D Home tours, and floor plans.
