Netflix hosted its annual "Tudum" livestream promotional event over the weekend, providing sneak peeks, first looks, trailers, and announcements about over 50 upcoming shows and films. 

The streamer announced a third entry in the "Extraction" action movie franchise; previewed new seasons of "The Witcher," "Bridgerton," "Lupin," "Elite," and "Emily in Paris"; teased the "Money Heist" spinoff "Berlin;" and more.

Teasers gave audiences their first-ever look at Netflix's live-action "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "One Piece" series.

  • The Arnold Schwarzenegger action series "Fubar" will return for a second season.
  • Linda Hamilton joined the cast of "Stranger Things" ahead of its fifth and final season.
  • The first installment of director Zack Snyder's two-part sci-fi epic "Rebel Moon" arrives in December; the Tudum event included a new behind-the-scenes featurette.
  • Season 1 "Squid Game" stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, and Gong Yoo will all return for Season 2; Netflix also released a teaser for the upcoming reality competition series based on the blockbuster Korean series.
  • Netflix's highly-anticipated series adaptation of the Liu Cixin sci-fi novel "3 Body Problem" also arrives in January; it was created by "Game of Thrones" vets David Benioff and D.B. Weiss.
  • A mysterious new member of the Addams Family will join the cast of "Wednesday" for its second season.
  • Gal Gadot's action-thriller "Heart of Stone" -- arriving in August -- got a new trailer.
