 Foundry hopes to benefit from the potential sales of its new acquisition.

Foundry is a digital brand platform with a rapidly growing portfolio of men's personal care brands.

  • The brand platform was launched in 2021 with $100M in capital.
    • Investors included LightBay Capital and Monogram Capital Partners.
  • Blu Atlas was launched in January 2022 to develop "clean and effective skincare that worked," according to founder Deep Patel.
  • Foundry CEO Hendre Ackermann said Blu Atlas could generate over $100M in sales in the coming years.
