Fox executive Michael Biard has been named the new President

 

Fox executive Michael Biard has been named the new President and Chief Operating Officer for the Nexstar TV group.  Nexstar owns The CW and the subscription news network NewsNation. Current Nexstar president and COO Thomas Carter will step down in August and transition into a senior adviser for the company. Biard's contract extends through 2027; he'll report to Nexstar chairman and CEO Perry Sook. At Fox, Biard will be replaced by new president of distribution David Espinosa.
