The Real Deal has learned that Blackstone plans to sell more of its industrial properties and listed a large industrial portfolio with JLL. The listing was through one of its subsidiaries called Link Logistics. Blackstone listed six properties, including five buildings and one infill parking lot in and around NYC. - The portfolio comprises a total of 929,000 sq. ft and is fully leased with a weighted average remaining lease term of 6.13 years. It includes tenants such as FedEx and Harris/Edo Corporation.
- The portfolio is offered as a sale of REIT shares, and the listing does not mention an asking price.
- Last month, Blackstone sold a portfolio of 14 million sq. ft to Prologis for a total amount of $3.1B.
