DevZero announced the general availability of its cloud development platform and $26M in funding.  The funding includes a previously unannounced $5M seed round and a $21M Series A round.  The startup, founded by a former Uber engineer, enables developers to build and test code in the cloud.  According to its co-founder and CEO, Debo Ray, the startup aims to simplify the development process for engineers and allow them to use whatever tools they want.  Foundation Capital led the seed round, and Anthos Capital led Series A with participation from Fika Ventures, Foundation Capital, and Madrona Venture Group.  The Seattle-based startup plans to use the capital from the funding rounds to develop the platform by growing its engineering and go-to-market teams.
