DevZero announced the general availability of its cloud development platform and $26M in funding.
The funding includes a previously unannounced $5M seed round and a $21M Series A round.
- The startup, founded by a former Uber engineer, enables developers to build and test code in the cloud.
- According to its co-founder and CEO, Debo Ray, the startup aims to simplify the development process for engineers and allow them to use whatever tools they want.
- Foundation Capital led the seed round, and Anthos Capital led Series A with participation from Fika Ventures, Foundation Capital, and Madrona Venture Group.
- The Seattle-based startup plans to use the capital from the funding rounds to develop the platform by growing its engineering and go-to-market teams.
