Gropyus has raised a $108M Series B funding round to build sustainable properties.  The company is based in Vienna, Austria.     Through its property development services, Gropyus aims to help clients save costs and build sustainable properties. Gropyus claims that through its projects, up to one ton of CO2-e could be saved per person annually. Vonovia led the funding round. The company aims to use this Series B round to expand its production facility in Richen, Germany. Since its inception in 2019, the company has raised $217M.
