Iguazio provides an MLOps platform to enterprises to develop, deploy,
and maintain AI and machine learning models and applications.
- Dell has acquired Israel-based digital infrastructure automation startup Cloudify for up to $100M. Cloudify's platform has been used by AT&T, Morgan Stanley, DHL, Accenture, etc.
- AI software company Capacity acquired Textel, a provider of text messaging software for contact centers and other businesses. St. Louis-based Capacity is known for its AI-powered "help desk" automated support technology.
- Product engineering provider Encora said it will expand its AI, analytics, and automation capabilities through its purchase of solutions and services firm Excellarate. Excellarate's 1,300+ engineers will join Encora's talent pool of 9,000+ engineers.
