M&A Roundup: Consulting firm McKinsey & Company acquired AI/ML startup Iguazio for a reported $50M. Israel-based Iguazio provides an MLOps platform to enterprises to develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models and applications. Dell has acquired Israel-based digital infrastructure automation startup Cloudify for up to $100M. Cloudify's platform has been used by AT&T, Morgan Stanley, DHL, Accenture, etc. AI software company Capacity acquired Textel, a provider of text messaging software for contact centers and other businesses. St. Louis-based Capacity is known for its AI-powered "help desk" automated support technology. Product engineering provider Encora said it will expand its AI, analytics, and automation capabilities through its purchase of solutions and services firm Excellarate. Excellarate's 1,300+ engineers will join Encora's talent pool of 9,000+ engineers.
