Netflix renewed the spy thriller series "The Recruit" for a second season.
The
first season debuted on December 16 and hit #3 on Nielsen's Top 10
chart in the US on its premiere week, after just three days online.

Centineo stars as a young CIA lawyer who gets mixed up with a former
asset (Laura Haddock), putting both his life and career at risk.
- Centineo also executive produces the series along with creator/showrunner Alexi Hawley ("The Rookie").
- Season 2 will pick up directly after the Season 1-ending cliffhanger.
- The series was partly inspired by the experiences of real former CIA lawyer Adam Ciralsky.
