Psychedelic medical clinic and retreat center WITHIN Health closed a Series A funding round that pushed its total funding to $1.1M.  The round was led by TLG Interests, LLC, and saw participation from Tareytown Ventures and a few angel investors. WITHIN’s centers, launched in May 20222, use ketamine therapy combined with an integration program to treat PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, and other mental health issues. WITHIN claims patients reported a 50% reduction in depression and anxiety after three to six sessions. The Austin, Texas-based company intends to use capital to expand to three new markets and develop a content strategy to expand its reach beyond retreat centers. WITHIN plans to add other types of psychedelic therapies beyond ketamine, pending legislative approval.
