Sales enablement platform Showpad’s recent survey among salespeople revealed that four in five respondents found it harder to engage with buyers over virtual meetings. 40% of the respondents said it is personally costing them sales.

- More than one-third (40%) believe the lack of knowledge and training (29%) affected their abilities to build trust with clients.
