$3.4M raised at the Annual Premiere Napa Valley Auction

The 2023 Premiere Napa Valley Auction brought in $3.4M.

The funds were generated through both live and online auctions.

  • 2023 marked the 27th year of the auction.
  • The bidding period opened on Feb. 10 and closed on Feb. 25.
  • This year’s auction catalog contained one-of-a-kind, limited-edition bottles produced exclusively by Napa Valley winemakers.
  • More than 150 wine lots were crafted specifically for the event, most of which were sourced from the 2021 vintage.
  • Droughts caused by the 2020 wildfires surprisingly positively affected the wines, which were described by winemakers and buyers as “fresh” and “concentrated.”
  • The $3.4M will fund programs to protect, enhance, and promote Napa Valley.
