A survey by Advertisers Perceptions shows that 53% of advertisers plan to increase the amount they spend on influencer marketing this year. 

The additional funds are expected to come from resources previously allocated to print, TV, and social advertising. 


  • Advertisers are primarily looking to work with influencers who have anywhere between 50,000 to 1 million followers. 
  • 45% of advertisers say their influencer marketing campaigns will include shoppable links. 
  • 12% of digital ad budgets were spent on influencer marketing in 2022. 
  • 66% of marketers expect to use new marketing mediums like augmented reality.
