However, the report forecast sales to increase by 34%.
The report prepared based on surveys of RE/MAX brokers in Canada predicts most regions would see balanced conditions, contrary to the previous year.
- Average prices in Halifax and Calgary are expected to increase by 8% and 7%, respectively.
