Civitas Capital Group announced Marc Rucinski is joining the company as its new Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets.
Rucinski is joining Civitas from Trinity Investments, where he was head of capital formation and investor relations.
Rucinski will be responsible for expanding Civitas Capital's equity and debt investor base across multifamily, lodging, and niche investment opportunities.
- Civitas said he has executed over $45B in private equity and real estate transactions in his 30-year career.
- He also held senior positions at Citi Private Bank, Credit Suisse Securities, Merrill Lynch, and Accenture.
